Our consultation fee is $260 per session
Medicare Referrals
We also accept Medicare referrals from medical specialists. Explore our list of services and pricing below.
Private Payment
You are welcome to attend appointments with a referral from your GP or specialist. You have the option to cover the cost of your sessions privately. If you are paying privately, you may be eligible for a rebate through your private health insurance. Please contact your insurance provider to check your eligibility.
Other Funding Sources
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) set service rates and may cover session costs upon approval. Clients wishing to claim through the NDIS must be plan-managed or self-managed; claims cannot be processed directly through the NDIS.. All approved NDIS clients must have a service agreement in place with Gentle Grove Psychology, which will include payment and scheduling of the service. An hourly rate for NDIS report writing is available. Payment of NDIS services can be made after each appointment and the Plan Manager or nominated person/s will be invoiced.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us through email or telephone at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer another person on the waiting list an appointment time.
Cancellations made between 48-24 hours before your appointment, you will incur a charge of 50% of the booking fee. Please note, this fee will be charged at the time of booking and cannot be transferred to future appointment.
If Gentle Grove Psychology is not notified about your cancellation by 9 am on the day of your appointment, this will be considered as a late cancellation. If you do not arrive within 15 mins of your scheduled booking this will be considered a No-Show. Please be aware that missed appointment fees are not claimable through Medicare. Under NDIS guidelines, providers can claim 100% of the agreed fee if the appointment has not been cancelled within two clear business days notice or if the client does not attend.
